I just spent two hours on the phone with their case manager! Out of my 20+ years of experiences dealing with costumer service representatives, they are the worst! Period!
So, listen, Hewlett-Packard, you deserve to bankrupt. You are losing the meaning of your existence, which is serving your costumers.
You suck!
